Matthew Pancaldi, Global Client Management Director

Matthew Pancaldi was promoted to the role of Global Client Management Director in September 2013.  Matthew's primary responsibility is to develop our global client management teams and their capability to meet and exceed the needs of our clients worldwide.

Matthew Pancaldi joined HRG in 1999 as Head of Account Management for London and the Southern Region, was promoted to Director, UK Business Group in September 2005 and then made Director of Sales UK in early 2008.

A graduate in Social Geography from the University of Sussex, Matthew spent the early part of his career in travel management where he held several senior sales roles.

Matthew prior to his recent appointment was Head of Client Management and previously he was Director of Sales Europe and Asia with overall responsibility for the HRG corporate sales strategy across these regions, focusing on developing new business opportunities and securing new managed corporate travel clients.
